Privacy Policy
How we handle information in connection with the ReUpRx Wholesale Portal.
1. Who we are
ReUpRx LLC ("ReUpRx", "we", "us") operates the ReUpRx Wholesale Portal (the "Portal"), a business-to-business ordering system used by licensed medical and wellness practices to place wholesale orders with us. This policy explains what information we collect through the Portal, how we use it, and who we share it with.
This policy covers the Portal and reuprx.com. It does not cover any third-party website or service we link to.
2. Who this applies to
The Portal is offered to businesses, not consumers. Accounts are held by practices and their authorized staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Portal is not directed to children.
We do not collect patient records or individual health information through the Portal. Orders are placed by a practice for the practice.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — name, work email, phone number, and job role of the people authorized to use your account.
- Business information — practice or company name, business address, shipping and billing addresses, tax identification where required, and applicable professional license or registration details used to confirm eligibility to order.
- Order information — the products, quantities, and prices on each order, along with purchase order references and delivery instructions.
- Correspondence — messages you send to our team through the Portal, by email, or through forms on this site.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Portal.
- Cookies — see section 8.
Payment information
Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors. ReUpRx does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
4. How we use information
- To create and administer your account and verify eligibility to purchase.
- To process, fulfill, ship, and invoice your orders.
- To maintain accounting and tax records.
- To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
- To secure the Portal, detect fraud or misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To send service messages about your orders and account. We send marketing email only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
5. Intuit QuickBooks Online
This section describes our accounting integration, and it is the one most relevant to how order data leaves our systems.
ReUpRx connects its own QuickBooks Online company file to the Portal in order to generate and manage invoices. We do not connect to, request access to, or read any customer's QuickBooks account, and customers are never asked to authorize a QuickBooks connection.
When you place an order, we transmit to Intuit only the information needed to produce an invoice and maintain our books:
- Your business name and billing contact details.
- Billing and shipping address.
- Order line items — product, quantity, unit price, and totals.
- Invoice number, dates, payment terms, and payment status.
We do not send Intuit your Portal login credentials, your usage data, or any professional license details. Information transmitted to Intuit is handled under Intuit's own privacy practices; see the Intuit Privacy Statement.
The credentials and access tokens for this connection are held by ReUpRx in a managed secret store, are not stored in source code, and are restricted to the systems that create invoices.
6. Who else we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:
- Service providers — hosting, accounting, payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, email delivery, and customer support tools, each acting on our instructions.
- Pharmacy and fulfillment partners — where an order must be routed to a licensed pharmacy or supplier to be filled.
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and legal counsel.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReUpRx, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Retention
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and afterward for the period required to meet our tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Invoice and transaction records are generally retained for at least seven years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and keep the Portal secure, along with limited analytics to understand how the Portal is used. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling necessary cookies will prevent the Portal from working.
9. Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, storage of credentials and API tokens in a managed secret store separate from application code, logging and monitoring of administrative access, and periodic review of who holds access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may review and update your account information in the Portal, or ask us to correct it. Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request its deletion, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at admin@reuprx.com. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
Note that information we are required to retain for tax and regulatory purposes cannot be deleted on request.
11. Where information is held
ReUpRx operates in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you access the Portal from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide notice through the Portal or by email before the change takes effect.
